Sourcing new products and establishing relationships with overseas manufacturers
Negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times, and contract terms
Collaborating with design and marketing teams to develop and improve products
Reviewing samples and ensuring all specifications are met before production
Enforcing quality control standards and coordinating factory inspections
Resolving supplier issues and managing logistics and shipment tracking
Overseeing customs, inventory intake, and optimizing supply chain operations
Monitoring inventory and sales levels to determine reorder points
Placing restock orders and assisting with demand forecasting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product development
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with overseas vendors
Knowledge of quality control standards and production timelines
Proficiency in Excel and supply chain tools/software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
