Responsibilities

Shape architecture and build APIs, services, workflows, and infrastructure from scratch
Design, scale, and secure backend financial systems, including trading, asset management, and ledger systems
Develop integrations with institutional partners to expand platform capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex business logic into intuitive and scalable systems
Ensure backend systems are reliable, performant, and secure

Required

Strong experience with modern backend frameworks, API design, and event-driven systems
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript
Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern build systems
Strong architecture design and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience building trading systems, asset management systems, or ledger infrastructure
Background in fintech or early-stage technology companies
Hands-on experience working with Kotlin backends
