They are seeking a motivated Workday Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions within the Workday platforms, supporting HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Ability to design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services

Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors

Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs

Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields

Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements

Strong ability to interpret business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy

Focused on continuous improvement of system processes and workflows to maximize business efficiency

Monitor Workday system performance and ensure integrations run successfully

Ensures system design and data handling comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, and audit standards

Perform Workday system updates and ensure compatibility with new features/releases

Develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making

Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and improve system workflows and user experience

Support system audits to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements

Test and implement Workday-delivered upgrades and feature releases

Provide training and documentation to business users on new functionalities
