This role emphasizes application integration and SQL, managing small projects, and optimizing data flow between applications while ensuring data integrity and database maintenance.

Responsibilities
Execute complex queries in MS SQL against large databases, perform backups of SQL databases, and be able to troubleshoot lags in SQL
Script or program repetitive tasks to translate data across applications (specifically Python, Perl, C++)
Qualification
Required
Experience in Application Integration
Strong knowledge of SQL
Ability to provide senior-level technical support for end users remotely and at client sites
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, installation of peripherals, configurations, and general troubleshooting
Ability to manage small projects including moves and large implementations
Experience with escalated technical issues
Understanding of how applications integrate with each other and how to optimize data flow between applications
Experience with MS SQL related to data integrity and database maintenance
Ability to execute complex queries in MS SQL against large databases
Experience performing backups of SQL databases
Ability to troubleshoot lags in SQL
Ability to script or program repetitive tasks to translate data across applications (specifically Python, Perl, C++)
Excellent communication skills
Adept at troubleshooting a variety of issues
Understanding of the importance of excellent client service
