Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of housekeepers, providing training and guidance as needed
Create daily and weekly housekeeping schedules to ensure consistent coverage
Inspect rooms, common areas, and shared spaces for cleanliness and quality, addressing issues promptly
Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when necessary (cleaning, sanitizing, stocking)
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; coordinate restocking
Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to handle special cleaning requests or projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely and following sanitation procedures
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred
5 years of housekeeping experience
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Bilingual abilities a plus, but not required
Benefits
Retention Bonus : $250 at day 90 if expectations are met
