FindTalent is supporting a leading utility in their search for a Project Manager II to join their team onsite in the Southeast. This role provides engineering project management expertise and technical direction for small to medium-scale electric substation, transmission, distribution, and communications projects, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Manage projects in accordance with company policies and procedures

Provide technical direction and project management for electric substation, transmission, distribution, and communications projects

Manage client and project stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and trust

Administer contracts, identify change orders, and manage subcontractors

Implement change control and risk management processes

Ensure compliance with EH&S and quality programs for the project

Prepare thorough estimates, proposals, and project reporting

Conduct effective project meetings including kickoffs, client alignment, and progress reviews

Provide performance feedback to team members and management

Maintain accurate project financial reporting and ensure project profitability

Oversee timely issuance of invoices and manage project cash flow
