Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of decentralized protocol components
Build and maintain scalable backend systems
Contribute across the stack in Rust and TypeScript
Collaborate on infrastructure management using AWS or GCP
Drive Solana or EVM-based smart contract development
Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ship quickly and precisely
Qualification
Required
6+ years full-stack development experience
2+ years protocol engineering experience
Strong command of Rust and TypeScript
Experience with Solana or EVM development
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Startup or entrepreneurial experience
Background in cryptography, ZK tech, or on-chain payment flows
Passion for mission-driven or nonprofit-related work
