The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient care with a daytime-only schedule and strong support from subspecialists and APPs, ensuring a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult patients
Day shifts only – 12-hour shifts, 7-on/7-off
No night coverage – dedicated nocturnists in place
No procedures required
Collaborate with a full team of subspecialists and APPs
Participate in performance improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
MD or DO
Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
Eligible for state licensure
Strong communication & collaborative skills
