They are seeking Accounting & Finance Professionals at the Senior Associate, Associate Manager, and Manager levels to lead and support strategic financial initiatives, including IPO readiness and mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Lead or support high-stakes accounting and finance projects across Fortune 1000 and large private companies
Provide expertise in technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, and transaction readiness
Quickly adapt to different client environments and deliver value from day one
Work closely with CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders
Advance your career while making meaningful contributions to clients and teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large firm preferred)
At least one busy season at the senior level or higher
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and financial reporting
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and team-first mentality
Preferred
CPA or actively progressing toward it preferred
Combo experience (external audit + corporate accounting/finance) is a plus
