Responsibilities

Structure, draft, and negotiate CLOs, private credit facilities, syndicated loan agreements, and credit insurance arrangements
Lead product development for new structured finance offerings, collaborating with business and capital markets teams
Advise on regulatory considerations impacting structured finance transactions in U.S. and cross-border contexts
Oversee transaction execution, including documentation, negotiation, and closings
Partner with investment, risk, and compliance teams to ensure products align with commercial and regulatory objectives
Track and analyze market and legal developments affecting credit products and structured finance structures

Required

JD or equivalent
Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing
Significant structured finance experience from a top-tier law firm

Ability to work independently while thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
