Mid, Senior LevelSolid Rock Recruiting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Division 8 team. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial hardware projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Use project management tools—ideally including Comsense—to track tasks, budgets, and documentation
Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project costs and resource allocation; provide regular financial updates
Identify potential risks and proactively manage issues to keep projects on track
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders; provide clear updates and solutions
Maintain accurate and timely records of project progress and status
Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience with Comsense software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects independently
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
Preferred
Experience with Comsense software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Knowledge of additional project management or construction software
