Responsibilities
Provide technical and clinical support for customer appointments, evaluations, and product demos
Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures; advise on workflows and product applications
Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, ensuring proper product utilization and replenishment
Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings; attend workshops, labs, and trade shows
Partner with sales team to achieve regional revenue goals through customer engagement and product education
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hospital or industry)
Strong clinical and technical knowledge of respiratory and airway devices
Must live within Minneapolis–St. Paul, Madison, or Milwaukee areas
Valid driver's license; able to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Willingness to travel (daily within territory; 4–6 nights/month; up to 80% overnight in broader region as needed)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Preferred
Respiratory therapy or airway management/bronchoscopy experience preferred
