The role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities
Develop accurate project estimates using industry-standard estimating software
Lead project planning and execution from bid award through closeout
Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery
Lead transitional meetings to understand project scope, plans, and specifications
Define and enforce project objectives, procedures, and performance standards
Ensure proper documentation and organization of project files and communications
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other administrative tasks
Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and clients
Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies
Reconcile project costs during closeout and report lessons learned
Provide mentorship and guidance to assigned team members
Qualification
Required
Electrical background is required
Proven experience in project management and cost estimation within the electrical field
Strong knowledge of general construction principles, including mechanical, architectural, and civil disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera (P6), and Accubid (or similar) software
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Commitment to jobsite safety protocols and compliance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
