Responsibilities
Draft and prepare probate pleadings, accountings, estate inventories, and related court filings
Assist in the administration of trusts and estates, including preparing correspondence, maintaining timelines, and coordinating with beneficiaries
Conduct legal research related to probate and trust matters
Manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed with the court
Liaise with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and financial institutions
Assist in preparing tax documents and coordinating with accountants as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate law
Strong knowledge of Florida probate rules and procedures
Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management systems
Strong client service and communication skills
