Significant legal writing experience including drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests
Navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively

Superb research, writing, and communication skills
At least three years of litigation experience relating to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability
Significant legal writing experience including drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests
Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively
JD and active Florida bar admission
Preferred
