Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of MEV services and mempool-transaction workflows for Ethereum

Define and deliver product offerings that maximize profit validator gains

Collaborate with searchers to build tools and services that enhance their trading execution

Contribute hands-on code to the BDN and related services, ensuring high performance and scalability

Foster a culture of rigorous code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years managing an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing developers
