Insight Talent Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager for direct support services programs in a community health center located in Jackson Heights, NY. The role involves ensuring compliance of programs, assisting with grants management, and providing supervision to staff in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Ensure overall compliance of programs assigned under the department of support services

Assist with grants management

Recruit and hire program staff

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff

Perform quality assurance and quality improvement

Maintain and update educational and promotional materials

Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualification

Degree in Social WorkLeadership experienceDiverse populationsFluency in SpanishFlexible hours

Required

Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Mental Health

Minimum 3 years of experience working with diverse and/or underserved population, including LGBTQ+, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, substance use disorder, children and families, etc

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing paid staff

Fluency in Spanish or one of Asian languages a plus

Ability to work flexible hours. Some evening(s) and weekend(s) may be required
