Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of AI agent products with customers, acting as a trusted expert and partner

Collaborate across engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation, identify areas for improvement, and help scale agent usage

Build strong internal and external relationships—there's no function within the business you won’t work with

Serve as a hybrid between a traditional Product Manager and AI Consultant—delivering real business impact

Use learnings from deployments to provide structured feedback to the Engineering/Product/Design (EPD) teams, driving product improvements at scale

Engage directly with customers to understand their use cases and challenges, and tailor solutions that drive measurable ROI

Be a central force in helping the company define and refine what great AI agent deployment looks like

Required

5–10 years of relevant experience from top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), investment banking, private equity, or strategic roles in high-growth startups

Demonstrated history of working closely with customers or clients

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

Entrepreneurial mindset—prior founders or those who have held high-impact roles in early-stage companies are highly encouraged to apply

Experience in a Product Manager (PM), BizOps, Strategy, or Strategic Projects role in a VC-backed tech startup

Rapid career growth or promotions in prior roles
