Responsibilities
Partnering with customer stakeholders to define, architect, and implement data-driven systems
Building production-quality applications, APIs, and data pipelines to support mission-critical decisions
Integrating large-scale data sources and leveraging analytics and AI tools to solve operational challenges
Working in small, agile teams that own projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment
Traveling occasionally (up to 25%) to client sites to ensure solution success and adoption
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-college)
Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science
Proficiency in one or more programming languages — Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with data structures, cloud infrastructure, storage systems, or front-end frameworks
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Curiosity, adaptability, and drive to continuously learn
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial analytics
Familiarity with AI/ML systems, distributed data processing, or data visualization
Prior client-facing or consulting experience
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
