Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, design, and execution from concept to completion
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians
Work with municipalities, DOTs, and private sector clients
Conduct site assessments and ensure project compliance
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
Support business development, client relations, and proposals
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. license required or ability to obtain within 6 months)
10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
Strong knowledge of DOT & municipal standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, OpenRoads
