Event/Field Account Executive
Waterstone Human Capital is seeking an Event/Field Account Executive responsible for attending trade shows and seminars to engage with prospects and customers. The role involves setting up booths, gathering leads, and meeting sales targets while traveling frequently for events.

Responsibilities
Attend 3 trade shows and seminars per month of varying sizes. Tasks include booth setup, signing up prospects at events (“Sold at Show”), gathering leads (EQLSs) for follow-up, and assisting current customers met during events
Maintain targets for sales made at shows, conversion rates, and meeting or exceeding EQL/Sold-at-Show objectives specific to each event
Efficiently manage all EQLS/Sold-at-Show opportunities to meet SLAS (Sales Lead Acceptance Standards)
Attend weekly team meetings and meet daily performance and effort standards
Qualification
Required
Willingness to travel, with overnight trips a minimum of 2–3 times per month
Experience in trade shows or in-person customer/prospect interactions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel with, set up, and tear down booth materials (backdrop, table, décor, demo equipment)
Professionalism while representing the company in the field
