Responsibilities

Collaborating with client teams to deeply understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven software solutions
Designing, building, and deploying custom applications and data pipelines using modern programming languages and frameworks
Working as part of a small, fast-moving team where your contributions directly impact major telecom operations
Balancing technical execution with customer empathy to ensure successful deployments and long-term impact

Qualification

Required

2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with ETL processes or building data systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with fast iteration, shifting priorities, and working independently in client settings

Preferred

Prior experience in customer-facing roles or consulting environments
Exposure to the telecom, data infrastructure, or analytics space
Passion for working on high-impact systems in mission-critical environments
