Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft, review, and format legal documents including motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage document production and discovery responses, including Bates labeling, indexing, and tracking
Perform factual research and summarize findings for use in legal strategy
Handle electronic filing in both federal and state courts (CM/ECF experience required)
Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, and court dockets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 + years of litigation paralegal experience
Must have hands-on experience with federal and state court procedures
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation practices, and case lifecycle
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management systems
Excellent organizational, research, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
CM/ECF experience required
