Responsibilities
Conduct a full range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children ages 3–17
Perform evaluations for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning recommendations
Write clear, accurate psychological reports and communicate findings to families and care teams
Collaborate with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, therapists, and other clinicians in treatment team meetings
Supervise psychometrists and trainees as needed
Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Maintain ethical, timely documentation in compliance with Texas state licensure requirements
Qualification
Required
Independently Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Texas
At least 1 year of experience conducting child/adolescent psychological assessments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for testing, evaluation, and data-driven care (this role is focused on assessment, not therapy)
Preferred
Knowledge of EMRs (TherapyNotes preferred)
