The incoming associate will work on a wide range of financing transactions for major financial institutions, debt funds, and other lenders
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of relevant finance experience, ideally from a large law firm
Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage transactions from start to close
Confidence interfacing with clients and opposing counsel
Self-starter mentality and desire to take ownership of matters
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the California Bar (required)
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Securities-based financings, Private equity fund finance, Sponsor-backed acquisition financings, Asset-based and cash flow lending, Other complex lending transactions
