The ideal candidate will be hands-on and ready to step into a senior leadership role, overseeing projects from award through closeout and engaging with clients to potentially bring in new business.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial projects from award through closeout
Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing
Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop
Conduct job site visits (1–2x weekly)
Assist with estimating on a limited basis
Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
Comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment
Excellent client communication and on-site presence
Preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred
