They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple water/wastewater projects, provide technical leadership, and oversee engineering tasks to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple water/wastewater projects involving treatment, distribution, collection, storage, and pumping systems
Provide technical leadership and guide clients through all project phases to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals
Oversee engineering tasks including design, cost estimates, bidding, construction support, and commissioning
Conduct hydraulic modeling, process evaluations, and technical documentation
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure QA/QC compliance
Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff
Support recruitment and hiring of engineering personnel
Manage sub-consultants and ensure their successful integration into projects
Contribute to business development, including proposals, interviews, and client negotiations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (or able to obtain within 6 months)
15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, with expertise in hydraulics and treatment plant design
Proven track record managing projects from planning through construction, including budget, schedule, and quality oversight
Broad knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse systems, including master planning and conveyances
Preferred
Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration (+)
Engaged in professional organizations via presentations, committee work, and leadership positions (+)
