3+ years expFindTalent is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale substation projects for a respected infrastructure contractor. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple small-to-mid-sized projects or managing phases of larger projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, including bidding, planning, execution, and closeout, for substation and related energy infrastructure projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
Partner with estimating, engineering, and field operations teams to align on project deliverables
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes
Monitor project performance, provide reporting, and proactively address risks or issues
Promote and enforce safety practices across all project activities
Lead subcontractor coordination, contract negotiations, and vendor management
Contribute to process improvements that support efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
3+ years of experience managing utility, substation, or energy-related construction projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Willingness to travel as needed to project sites
Preferred
Prior experience with substation, switchyard, or battery energy storage system (BESS) projects
Familiarity with project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
