Lead talent acquisition and craft thoughtful hiring strategies aligned with business goals
Own and scale onboarding, people operations, and internal processes to support a growing team
Champion employee experience, engagement, and culture-building initiatives
Implement and manage People systems, tools, and vendor partnerships
Partner with leadership on organizational design, performance management, and retention strategies
Create scalable, compliant, and values-aligned processes as the company grows
Drive thoughtful communication and trust across a distributed, async-first team
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in a people operations or HR role
Experience in early-stage environments
Ability to build people systems from scratch
Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
Experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategies
Ability to own and scale onboarding and people operations
Experience in employee experience and culture-building initiatives
Ability to implement and manage People systems and tools
