Responsibilities

Own the design and delivery of end-to-end product features across the full stack

Apply and adapt state-of-the-art AI models—including LLMs and speech models—to real-world, user-facing healthcare problems

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the AI solutions are deeply integrated into products clinicians love

Move fast, ship frequently, and be hands-on across the stack—from backend services to frontend UI and AI integrations

Work in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment that values creativity, initiative, and impact

Required

5+ years of full-time, post-graduation software engineering experience with an emphasis on backend systems and AI product development

Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling production-grade software to real users

Hands-on experience working in AI-first companies or teams, especially those leveraging LLMs and other modern AI techniques

Strong product orientation—able to balance technical decisions with user and business impact

Background in a technical or quantitative field (CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.)

Preferred

Expertise in prompt engineering and building features powered by large language models (LLMs)

Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or related AI development platforms

Proven ability to build datasets, conduct evaluations, and iterate on LLM-driven solutions

Familiarity with agentic/browsing-based AI applications

Solid TypeScript and Node.js skills; frontend experience with React is a plus

Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and SQL-based data workflows

Prior experience with high-stakes data environments (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a strong plus
