Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a Division 8 Project Manager to join their growing company. The role involves managing multiple projects in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

2–4+ years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry, with strong knowledge of hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware
Solid understanding of industry standards, fire/life safety, accessibility (ADA), and code compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from submittals and detailing through purchasing, scheduling, and closeout
Ability to travel to project site is required
Hands-on experience in detailing, estimating, and purchasing commercial frames, doors, and hardware packages
Proficiency with door and hardware scheduling software; AVAware experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience software a plus

Required
