Overseeing clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives
Developing and expanding liver transplantation services
Advancing the research mission through clinical trials and translational studies
Fostering the educational mission by teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
Recruiting and mentoring faculty members
Collaborating with leadership across departments and disciplines
Qualification
Required
MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology
Additional fellowship training or extensive experience in Pediatric Hepatology
Preferred
Proven track record of academic accomplishments in clinical care, research, and education
Strong leadership and administrative skills
Experience in program building and faculty development
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
