Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care at multiple practices within the region
Mentor and support veterinarians, including recent graduates
Collaborate with hospital leaders to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team engagement
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new doctors
Promote medical consistency and uphold best practices across all supported locations
Qualification
Required
DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
Experience in clinical medicine and surgery
Ability to mentor and support veterinarians, including recent graduates
Strong leadership skills
Experience in collaborating with hospital leaders to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Ability to assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new doctors
Commitment to promoting medical consistency and upholding best practices
Preferred
Experience in a regional role or leadership position
Experience in a multi-practice environment
