Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless application rollout
Manage requirements, testing, integration, and post-implementation support
Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across customer systems
Oversee programs focused on asset lifecycle management systems
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align asset data with enterprise systems
Implement program governance to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in asset utilization
Drive enhancements to enterprise asset management (EAM) systems such as Maximo, SAP, or similar
Manage a portfolio of IT projects, providing executive-level dashboards and portfolio analytics
Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for senior leadership
Track project health, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of initiatives
Provide data-driven insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Experience in program delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage large-scale programs within utility, asset management, or application domains
Experience in leading end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications
Experience in coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Experience in managing requirements, testing, integration, and post-implementation support
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data integrity across customer systems
Experience in overseeing programs focused on asset lifecycle management systems
Ability to partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams
