Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, and timelines. Define project goals and deliverables
Coordinate and allocate personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements efficiently
Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with contractors, architects, and suppliers
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to minimize project impact
Conduct inspections to ensure deliverables meet quality standards; address deficiencies as needed
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders at all levels
Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field (required)
0–5 years of relevant project management experience
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)
Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in facilities, utilities, or construction projects preferred
