Responsibilities
Provide inpatient hospitalist care for patients of all ages
Supervise, teach, and mentor Internal Medicine residents during their inpatient rotations
Participate in curriculum planning, resident didactics, and academic conferences
Collaborate with program leadership to ensure compliance with ACGME standards
Contribute to patient safety, quality improvement, and research initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Qualification
Required
Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency
Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
Interest in academic medicine, teaching, and mentorship
