Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

1–2 years of finance or accounting experience

Relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)

Data analysis, Excel, report writing skills

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, analytical mindset

Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office

Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader

Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives

Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people

Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing

Persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
