Responsibilities
Supervise and provide direction to supplemental personnel working on-site, ensuring compliance with plant safety and operational standards
Review technical and administrative deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and plant procedures
Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets; track milestones, variances, and provide regular reporting to management
Collaborate and coordinate with plant departments, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to support seamless project implementation
Ensure adherence to nuclear safety standards, site procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across project activities
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of project management experience, with direct nuclear power plant experience required
Demonstrated success in managing field oversight and cross-department coordination
