Responsibilities
Write a variety of documents intended to communicate the Commission’s work to external audiences, including blog posts, press releases, and similar documents
Promote the Commission’s recommendations to the Legislature and other policymakers
Meet with stakeholder groups in policy areas on which the Commission has made recommendations
Manage the Commission’s website and efforts to communicate about its work
Format Commission reports, issue briefs, and other documents, and assist in the visual design of Commission documents
Develop data visualization graphics for use in Commission products
Track legislation and other initiatives that would implement Commission recommendations
Qualification
Required
Ability to write a variety of documents intended to communicate the Commission's work to external audiences, including blog posts, press releases, and similar documents
Experience promoting recommendations to the Legislature and other policymakers
Ability to meet with stakeholder groups in policy areas on which the Commission has made recommendations
Experience managing a website and efforts to communicate about its work
Ability to format Commission reports, issue briefs, and other documents, and assist in the visual design of Commission documents
Experience developing data visualization graphics for use in Commission products
Ability to track legislation and other initiatives that would implement Commission recommendations
