Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, and regulatory requirements
Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and proactively address risks to ensure projects remain on schedule
Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project goals
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety procedures
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of project plans, reports, and compliance documentation
Identify opportunities to improve task management processes, reduce risks, and enhance performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience managing projects or tasks in the energy sector
Demonstrated ability to manage both field oversight and office-based project responsibilities
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and regulatory standards in the energy industry
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands
Preferred
Experience in the energy sector (nuclear, fossil, or utilities strongly preferred)
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential recommended
