Responsibilities
Leading crews in the installation of equipment, cable racking, fiber systems, and other ISP infrastructure
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job scopes
Coordinating job site activities, materials, and timelines to meet project goals
Performing or overseeing testing, turn-up, and commissioning of advanced network systems (e.g., ROADM, CRAN, DWDM)
Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and customer standards
Serving as the primary on-site contact for clients and project managers
Mentoring junior technicians and fostering a team-first culture
Completing daily reports and progress documentation
Traveling to job sites (4x10 work schedule), including overnight stays as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in ISP/Central Office environments
Strong understanding of test equipment, network commissioning, and fiber infrastructure
Proven leadership experience in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalent role
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans
Competence in using basic and advanced hand tools
Solid computer literacy and comfort working with digital reporting systems
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead
Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S
Willingness to travel and lead field crews on multiple-day assignments
