Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent
Qualification
Required
2 Years of experience in a sales role selling products or services
Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails and scheduling interviews
Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
