Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Provide mobility support such as turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators
Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff
Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas
Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
Uphold resident privacy and dignity at all times
Accurately document care and services provided
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification in good standing with the state
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and assist with resident mobility
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Preferred
Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
