Responsibilities

Perform a varied array of functions including, but not limited to, issuing certificates of insurance, crafting proposals, facilitating electronic policy delivery for our customers, as well as other related customer account documents

Work closely with Account Manager and Marketing Manger

Contribute to various team meetings

Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively

Contribute to a positive workplace environment

Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Required

Education: High School or higher

Proficient data entry skills

Must be organized and have good time management skills

Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and also can quickly learn new programs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
