Rosehill Resources, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of manufactured, repaired, and modified equipment. The role involves performing inspections, raising non-conformance reports, and conducting quality control checks at various stages of the operational process.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection (visual, dimensional, gauging and comparison as appropriate) on new manufactured, repaired and modified equipment and components pre, during and post qualification testing

Raise Non-conformance Reports against non-conforming equipment / components and manufacturing, repair, modification quality records

Work in accordance with Goods Inwards Quality Procedures

Ensure inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, fit for purpose and in current calibration

Perform inspection surveys on returned operational equipment (Rosehill Resource and Customer owned)

Perform Quality Control checks to Operations Support processes at key stages (i.e. prior to final shipment, job card completion etc.,)

Perform Non Destructive Testing on components for certification purposes

Witness pressure testing of equipment for certification to ensure that the tests are conducted to the required standards
