Acquisitions Manager – Elite Closers Wanted | Remote/In-person appointments
The Caza Group is a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on solving challenging real estate issues. They are seeking an Acquisitions Manager who will engage with motivated homeowners, present solutions, and close deals, contributing to the company's revenue while working in a high-performance, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities
Engage directly with motivated homeowners, present solutions, and close deals
Drive revenue for the company
Set 10 appointments/week
Attend 8 appointments/week
Make 5-7 offers/week
Close 1+ contracts/week
Generate $80K+/month in gross revenue
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of high-level closing experience in sales (B2C preferred)
A proven track record of consistent closing performance
High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive conversations
Relentless follow-up, accountability, and integrity
Organized, coachable, and obsessed with improvement
U.S. resident who can work EST hours
Reliable computer (fast processor, ample storage)
Smartphone with strong data plan
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, Docusign, Adobe PDF, Zoom, etc
Preferred
Experience in D2D, car sales, collections, call centers, or B2C
Background in real estate or investment sales
