Technical Program Manager (TPM), AWS Cross Domain Services (Diode)

Responsibilities

Work with senior leaders from government and commercial partners
Produce and maintain system security packages for our cross domain products in coordination with government counterparts
Automate approval and onboarding processes to ensure faster change management and customer onboarding
Work across the AWS CDS team and other AWS teams to establish and maintain information security documentation, including security questionnaires, SSPs, and SCTMs
Review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs with our security engineer(s) for potential system security risks, and resolving integration issues related to the implementation of new services with the existing cloud infrastructure
Implement higher level system security requirements such as those resulting from laws, regulations, or government directives by developing long range plans for security systems that anticipate, identify, evaluate, mitigate, and minimize risks associated with cloud infrastructures’ vulnerabilities or perceived vulnerabilities
Spend the majority of your time working with technical business leaders (such as hardware or software engineering leaders and technical program managers) to develop and produce Accreditation and Compliance related documentation and automation systems to ensure efficient service on-boarding
Build the case for change and prepare board-ready presentations and briefings for senior executive stakeholder communications
Engage in pursuits that span across multiple Amazon services
Partner closely with Sales Leadership teams and Field Sales organization
Partner with cross functional teams across Amazon and partners – security, engineering and professional services to help execute a winning pursuit
Shape or reshape to best meet the needs of our customers and leverage Amazon capabilities
Resolve escalations

Required

3+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of software development experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred

3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
