Training and Technical Assistant Program Manager
Morehouse School Of Medicine is seeking a Training and Technical Assistant Program Manager to lead a federally funded regional substance use project. The role involves collaborating with community partners to address substance use issues and developing necessary resources to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities
Facilitate additional learning opportunities, data gathering and product development
Oversee resource development for the various projects
Serve as state liaison between SE ATTC and community partners
Determine TA need(s) of assigned state(s)
Determine, develop, and cultivate constituent relations
Support data collection efforts, including network-wide studies
Participate in Southeast ATTC sponsored regional activities
Coordinate and staff resource table at trainings and conferences
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of substance use disorders and behavioral health
Understanding of education, training, and professional development
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
Strong organizational and planning skills
Project Management skills
Social media skills
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in education, public health, or other related social science
3-5 years minimum related experience
Experience in leading extensive regional activities
Program and resource development experience
Expertise in substance use disorders/ behavioral health
Preferred
Strong preference for an advanced degree in education, public health, or social services
