Responsibilities
Maintain high accuracy in identifying defects and inconsistencies during microscopic inspection
Ensure precise flash removal while preserving the integrity of each part
Consistently meet daily targets for the number of parts inspected and cleaned
Adhere to established safety protocols and quality control standards throughout all tasks
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in injection molding, quality inspection, or fine detail work preferred
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills essential for precision trimming
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks
