Responsibilities
Cold call, text, and email licensed real estate agents using company-provided scripts
Book 15–20 minute introductory calls for our broker
Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointments using our CRM/tools
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to maximize conversions
Qualification
Required
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and texting prospects
Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred
Recruiting, sales, or cold calling experience preferred (training provided)
Benefits
$250 bonus when a recruited agent closes their first deal.
$500 bonus when a recruited agent hits cap ($15k company dollar).
That’s $500–$750+ per agent recruited, on top of your base hourly pay.
